Two bomb threats served as prelude to the latest bombing incident that killed six people and injured 30 others when another Metro Shuttle Bus unit was shattered by an explosion at about 2:45 p.m. on September 01. |

Six people were killed while 30 others are brought to different hospitals here and in Davao City when a bomb exploded inside the Metro Shuttle Bus with body number 209 at about 2:45 p.m. on September 01 inside the New Satellite Terminal in Aplaya, Digos City. |

Shattered glass panes spread all over the concrete pavement of Rizal Avenue in Digos City on the night of August 25 after police explosives and ordnance team deliberately triggered an explosion of a box placed along the pathway suspected as a bomb. Authorities found no bombs but window glass panes inside the box. Two more sightings of suspicious packages were found that night but it turned out to be negative of explosive materials. |
