The police Provincial Special Operations Group (PSOG) foiled a “robbery” attempt on Sunday leading to the arrest of five suspects who are now under custody, a police official said.
Police Superintendent Cesar Azares, deputy director for administration and PSOG chief identified the suspects as Jimbo Cejas; JR Cuberos; Arnel de la Cruz; Manolito Faragas, a resident of Compostela Valley Province; and Dionisio Mansoa, a resident of Buhangin, Davao City. |

USNS McDonnel found wreck of ill-fated C-130 plane in Davao Gulf
Navy Captain Arnel Gonzales, chief of the Task Force C-130 Hercules in an interview over Bombo Radyo – Davao said USNS John McDonnel has informed that the wreckage of the ill-fated Hercules C-130 transport plane of the Philippine Air Force that went missing minutes after it cleared the runway of Davao Airport at about 8:51 p.m. on August 25 was found at about 7 p.m. on September 04. |
