Man kills his lover’s husband, throw body to the sea

The police force in Jose Abad Santos (JAS) town in Davao del Sur is still searching for the body of a man who was reportedly killed by his wife’s paramour and threw it to the sea on October 15.
 
Senior Police Officer 4 Nestor Branzuela, JAS police investigator identified the victim as Junnie Pablo, 35, a resident of Barangay (village) Caburan Big.

Roxas wants Bravo and Kato’s immediate arrest

Senator Mar Roxas wanted MILF (Moro Islamic Liberation Front) renegade commanders Umbra Kato and Bravo’s immediate arrest to give justice to those who are directly and indirectly affected by the continuous war in Central and North Cotabato.
 
“I pity on more than 500 thousand individuals who are still in the evacuation sites when the war between the military and the MILF rebels escalates due to the failure of the MOA-AD,” Roxas said over a live interview over Bombo-Radyo Davao on Tuesday morning.

Police auxiliary to wear a more decent uniform

In just a few days ahead, the city police auxiliary force will be wearing a new type of uniform almost identical to what regular police officers are wearing.

 

 

 
 

Chief Inspector Anthony Padua, Digos City police chief said Mayor Arsenio Latasa has allocated the money to purchase the materials for the uniform that would provide a “new look” to more than twenty police auxiliaries in the city.

Retired soldier stabbed dead inside passenger bus

The passengers of a Holiday Bus went panic and jumped out of the vehicle when a still unidentified man stabbed another commuter at the back of the vehicle along the diversion road in the village of Tulogan in Hagonoy, Davao del Sur on the afternoon of Sunday.

Some residents of a sub-village (sitio) in Barangay (village) Goma – one of the remote villages in this city where the police and the military tagged as among the “areas of concern” due to frequent sightings of the New People’s Army (NPA) that often led to fierce firefights became recipients of the cattle dispersal program of the city agriculture office.
