Police on Digos bombing: No definite identities of suspects, yet

The police is yet to collate all the information they gathered from survivors before they would release the cartographic sketches of the suspects who placed the bomb that exploded inside the Metro Shuttle Bus on the afternoon of September 01.

Metro Shuttle reduces fleet bound for Digos City

The management of Metro Shuttle Bus will reduce the number of units plying the Davao City to Davao del Sur route as an aftermath of the latest bombing incident that killed six people and hurt more than 30 people.

CDCC name 6 fatalities in Digos bombing

The City Disaster Coordinating Council (CDCC) has released the identities of those who were killed during the explosion that ripped the Metro Shuttle Bus with body number 209 on September 01.
 
Reynaldo Caballero, CDCC executive officer identified them as Marlon Duey, 25, Basiawan, Sta. Maria, Davao del Sur; Virginia Flores, Tagum City, Davao del Norte; Fe Caduan, Barangay Talao, Sulop, Davao del Sur; Ana Marie Canon Borgard, 26, Barangay Aplaya, Digos City; Wella Trimocha (5-months pregnant); and Antonio Corpuz, Calinan District, Davao City.

Two bomb threats served as prelude to the latest bombing incident that killed six people and injured 30 others when another Metro Shuttle Bus unit was shattered by an explosion at about 2:45 p.m. on September 01.
